This is where the name “Tenjo Mugen” comes from.

And, as the name suggests, Tenjo Mugen has become a wonderful sake that has won many awards in various contests.

Currently, Mr. Takafumi Nakajima, who will be the next representative, has returned to the brewery, and the brewery has a reputation for accelerating its evolution.

They thoroughly brew sake based on traditional styles, such as hand-washing rice, cooking rice with gas, and collecting water from the upstream of the Naruse River.

It's not flashy, but it's surprisingly well-balanced, and it's a beautiful sake with the finest fragrance and taste.

Received the gold medal for 13 consecutive years at the Japan Sake Award, which has the longest history in Japan.
